(1) After conducting the investigation in accordance with this Act, the Commission shall recommend to the Government of Nepal to provide compensation, rehabilitate or rehabilitate the victim, or make other appropriate arrangements.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Commission may recommend to the Government of Nepal to provide the following facilities or concessions to the victim or any member of his family, as the case may be:-
(a) Free education and health care,
(b) Skill Training,
(c) Loan facility at interest-free or subsidized interest,
(d) Accommodation arrangements,
(e) Facility of employment,
(f) Any other facilities or concessions deemed appropriate by the Commission.
(3) According to this section, the commission shall understand the wishes or demands of the victims before recommending any facilities, concessions or other appropriate arrangements and recommend facilities, concessions and other arrangements according to their preferences.
(4) The basis and criteria for determining the compensation, facility or concession to be provided in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) shall be as prescribed.
(5) The victim shall not be deprived of the facilities provided to the victim in accordance with this section just because the victim has been provided compensation by the perpetrator, a perpetrator has been recommended for clemency by the Commission, or the perpetrator has not been identified.
(6) In the event that the victim has died, the compensation, facility or concession received by the victim according to sub-section (1) or (2) shall be provided to the nearest member of his family.
